How long does it take an order to ship?

We will ship orders within 2 business days. Our warehouse ships Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm EST and is closed Saturdays and Sundays.  The shipping times are estimated by the provided carriers at checkout.  If you need a rush order, please contact us.  Local delivery within Westport, CT is free.

What is your return policy?
While we don’t accept returns or issue refunds, we are committed to making sure that your recipient is completely happy, as in 100% happy!  If you aren’t completely satisfied, please contact us at Hello@localluxeco.com.  If a product is damaged in transit, please reach out to us with a picture of the damage, and we will be in touch.

How do your gifts come packaged? 

Sustainability is important to us. We offer curated ready to ship gifts in various sizes in our signature high gloss white magnetic closure box, with our logoed sleeve.  They are beautiful and we hope you will repurpose them!  For local deliveries we also gift outside the box in our signature reusable jute gift bags.  

Do the gifts come with a note?

Yes.  Please add your message in the Gift Note field at checkout, and we include a handwritten note with your sentiments.  

Will the recipient be able to see the price of their gift?

NO! We never include the price in anything we package.

Do you make custom gifts?

We LOVE to create custom gifts.  Reach out to us at Hello@localluxeco.com and we would be happy to work with you.

Yes.  Reach out to us at Hello@localluxeco.com and we would be happy to work with you and send you a proposal.
